A girl and her tutu!

(Who would've guessed that my mommy, who in her teens hated anything remotely girly, would squeal w/ such delight over a baby in a tutu?)

The beach!

Helping Mommy pack before our trip:

We went to Chincoteague which is on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. After a 4 hour car ride I finally got to see the beach.

It was cold that day so we went for a walk around town. Here's Mommy givin' me some love.

After that, I was done so we went for a walk.
And I got to pet the ponies that lived next to our hotel!

Happy 7 months!

I turned 7 months old today! I'm doing all sorts of cool stuff. I can sit, get my pacifier in without help (something that makes Mommy and Daddy very happy), roll around, I'm starting to pull up on things, and although I'm not crawling yet I am close.












I also like to wear things on my head.


We're going to the beach next week. I'll actually get to see the waves instead of just listening to them on my favorite bedtime cd!

It was my Mommy's first one. We were supposed to have a picnic in the Shenandoah National Park but the weather was icky. So we had our picnic at home then Daddy and I took Mommy to Old Town Winchester. She wore her new earrings and took some pictures with her new camera.

A lot has happened in the past 6 months so I'll be working hard to catch you guys up over the next couple of days. But first check out how much I've grown:

2 months, I look scared.


3 months, this is my 'deer caught in headlights' look.


4 months, smiling at Daddy off camera.


5 months, I like my hand. It tastes yummy.


6 months, you can't read the sign because I ate it. Paper tastes yummy too.


Mommy made me a cake for my 1/2 birthday.


But I wasn't allowed to eat it so I had a banana instead.


I like bananas.
